Where are Ratpadz made?
Ratpadz are fully constructed right here in the United States of America. We would not have it any other way.

Does my Ratpadz have a warranty?
If you are not happy with your purchase in the first year, we will make it right. We pride ourselves on having satisfied customers. And quite frankly, don’t be afraid to talk to us even after a year has passed as we might be able to help you out as well.

How big is a Ratpadz?
11.5” wide X 9.5” tall X .25” thick. All edges are rolled to be very comfortable on your wrist and arm.

How long does a Ratpadz last?
The Ratpadz XT has been known to last up to and over 5 years by hardcore gamers. A Ratpadz GS under normal wear by a non-hardcore gamer or office user will usually last 1 to 2 years.

Why no decoration on the Ratpadz XT?
It is extremely expensive to print on the surface of a Ratpadz XT and have it be durable, so for now we have elected to focus on making the best mousing surface in the industry that the hardcore gamer can keep for years and still look brand new.

Why only black Ratpadz?
Traditionally, Ratpadz were black to allow optimized tracking when using optic mice. As mice engines have greatly matured, you might see color additions in the future.

Can I get extra feet for my Ratpadz?
It is possible for a Ratpadz XT foot to get dislodged. We have however already supplied you with “extra” feet. In most cases, the nine feet on the back of a Ratpadz XT will provide such a stable base that you will likely not know if you are missing a foot unless it is at a corner. In an emergency, you can easily move a foot from the middle to the edge. However, if this does not suit you, just drop us a mail with your order number or receipt and we can get you a replacement out. The feet on the Ratpadz GS are nearly impossible to dislodge, so this should not be an issue ever.
